Quotation Service 

We would like to introduce your company to a service that we have been offering to the smaller Building Companies who do not need the services of a full time Estimator, but occasionally when they do not have time to price an enquiry, they can pass it on to ourselves. 

We are a very experienced Estimating Company who have over 30 years experience estimating for various Builders in the London/Essex areas. This work covers Domestic & Commercial Extensions/Loft & Basement Conversions. We also prepare cost estimates for new build projects such as infill houses up to blocks of flats for both the private sector as well as Housing Association works. 

We will survey the property and the intended works and supply you with a priced breakdown specification. The specification will show all the items in numerical order from ground works to wall tiling. We will also enclose an Electrical Schedule showing suggested power sockets and lighting layout.

Or if survey not required: 
We can if required, issue a fully priced itemised specification compiled from the planning drawings and your clients own requirements. Every stage will be priced to enable your client to assess whether they are getting value for money. We also price Tenders as a matter of course. 

The quotations are issued in an agreed format that suits you and your potential client needs.
